Not well maintained

Valley Inn is a great hotel. It's clean affordable and has safe secure parking.

Good place to stay limited. It was quiet and the room was clean

Super good for late check in

had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, I wasn’t even greeted with a simple “hello” or “how are you?” Despite booking and paying for two days in advance, the front desk informed me that my room had been canceled. I explained that I had intentionally booked and prepaid for the room because I planned to arrive the following morning. Instead of trying to help, the front desk employee told me that I should have called to let them know and compared the situation to buying a ticket at the airport and showing up a day later. That comparison made no sense, as I had already paid for the room and expected it to be available when I arrived. After canceling my original reservation, I was told that the only room available was on the second floor and that there was no elevator access. I had to carry my suitcase up and down the stairs myself, which was extremely difficult because I have several health issues. No accommodation or assistance was offered. The lack of customer service, poor communication, and dismissive attitude made for a very frustrating experience. I expected much better treatment, especially after paying for my stay in advance. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I would not recommend staying here based on how my situation was handled.

Parking near your room, rooms were clean with working air conditioning. Staff was really helpful when we checked in near midnight.

The parking in front to check in can get really packed at times. The staff is nothing to write home about. Our room was clean. There were just some huge water spots on the ceiling that looked gross. I love that they have a fridge in the room but ours was unplugged. So it took awhile for it to get cold. It would be nice if the rooms came with a microwave so we could reheat leftovers. I respect that they don’t want us smoking in the room but they should allow us to smoke on the balcony since technically we are outside. They don’t empty your trash often enough. The cans in the room are super small and fill up fast. We left our can outside signaling it needed to be emptied early Saturday. It was still there when we checked out Sunday. Not once did housekeeping come around asking if we needed anything. They are skimpy on the pillows. There are two of us sleeping in the bed. Why are we only given three small pillows? They honestly looked like throw pillows. They could also use a thicker comforter on the bed. The bed itself was hard. Some people like that so I’m not saying it’s a bad thing. All in all I would stay here again.

Rundown, not maintained at all. Literally duct tape is holding the place together. They did replace the bed but the place is in desperate need of serious remodeling. Kind of shame Hotels.com affiliates with this motel.

Place needs to be bombed for roaches. We left it was infested.

This place had us checking to make sure there were no bedbugs cause we were worried. Spiders in the room and huge spider webs. There was blood on one of the walls. Shower was warm never hot hot water. The pool needed some cleaning. We had a downstairs room and omg the noise from upstairs people walking normally sounded like they were going to fall through. Smh. They offered to move us, but we had so much stuff unloaded for a carshow we were there for. Furniture was nasty!!
