Lovely staff.

Really doesn’t get in any better. No complaints. Very good experience.

In the first room the door couldn't open, the next room was dirty, the third room was good but the hotel forgot to expand the keycard with the time for later check out. 3 times we had to go to the reception - not okay. I don't think this i okay for a 5 star hotel. But the hotel, the food, the pool, the staff was overall good.

Breakfast buffet was outstanding, lots of options including some gluten free muffins and bread. The pool was very nice to hang out in. Shuttle service to the airport was very effective.

Excellent staff, courteous and kind. I have 4 rooms and some of them smelt of mould which was a put off for a Hilton. If you’re staying here please be mindful that you are a way from the city and their shuttle to the closest mall does not have return shuttles. So you will have to rely on taxis all the time.

Great customer service, the room was nice and spacious. We forgot some items at the hotel after checked out, the staff was so nice and helpful to follow up with the email. We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful hotel and location

The resort is great. I want to have a relaxing time in Bangkok before I left. The hotel is just like a resort. Next to the airport. Love it. However, 2 incidents that triggered me that the service of this hotel is not up to Hilton standard. First, one my my room keys (they provided me with two). The staff accompanied me to my room and found out that one card was not working. We entered the room with another card. I didn't asked them to give me a replacement. Because I didn't ask, they never gave me a replacement. Secondly, my booking has included breakfast. When I sat down for breakfast in the restaurant, the staff came over and told me that my package did not include breakfast and would like to walk over to the front desk to clarify on my own. I insisted that my package has included breakfast and they did not believe. I told them that they can send a staff from the font desk to the restaurant to clarify with me. After a while, the waitress told me that no staff is available. The kind of gesture made me and my wife feel uncomfortable and embarrassed, I told her I can pay if they can prove that my package did not include breakfast. I then showed the voucher to them on my phone. It clearly mentioned "breakfast is included". The waitress took two pictures from my phone. Later, she confirmed that my package has included breakfast. This is a Hilton hotel in Bangkok. I don't know what happened. Definitely not feel welcomed.

Nice quiet hotel. Especially for Golf lovers near BKK

Fantastic room, very helpful staff, great facilities. Over all a very pleasant stay.
