一般 They charged me for eating things off the mini bar and I absolutely did not and when I called to ask them about it they acted like they didn’t understand English. But spoke English when I checked in

I had a wonderful experience at the Roomers Berlin Hotel. The rooms and bathroom design are ultra modern and very clean. The spa and sauna were also clean.

Expedia did not declare that the restaurant/bar were closed for what was, during the day, quite a noisy refurbishment.
Breakfast service was slow and limited buffet options.
Room service was awful.
Check-in staff quite abrupt. Told me that I would receive Bonvoy points as ‘that wasn’t my card’. She had input the number incorrectly. No apology given.
Overall very poor.
