赛普拉斯海港万豪别墅度假村 (Marriott's Cypress Harbour Villas)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

we have stayed here a number of times and always rated it highly. Shame this time that we had really noisy neighbours, not shouting etc but running around above us until the early hours. We did ask to move but was advised this wasn't possible. Check in chap was very helpful in saying if it happened again the security would come, however I don't think having active kids it would seem up till 2 am is an security issue its just we like to go to bed at 11/12 ish. Other than that we enjoyed the stay. Powe cut on last night so no WIFI I guess outside the hotels control.

Unit was very spacious.Property was beautiful.

Great family fun and lots of activities for all

Hey good job

I enjoy my safe , the staff was wonderful. The rooms were great and clean. Will be back next year

Gorgeous grounds!!! Immaculate room with everything you need! Will definitely stay here again!

There was a parking charge of $30.00 per day on top of a premium price for the condo. This charge is for parking your car in an open parking lot yourself. Not even valet. Very is appointing. The new remodeled rooms have a very sterile and cold feeling. The lighting was bright white and made it worse. The furniture felt cheap and design layout of the kitchen was much better before the remodel. The flooring throughout the condo was a vinyl and was layed down unevenly. All the doors were hung uneven and closed on their own. The resort itself was great and the grounds were very clean. The people and services were wonderful.

Room was clean. Pools were really nice.

El cuarto estaba limpio, pudimos hacer el pre check in aunque llegamos antes de las 4:00. Pasamos el 4 de julio en la piscina tenían música, juegos para los niños la pasamos bien

I was put in a handicapped room that I didn't need, the shower wouldn't go up on the rod any further than my waste and the water only trickled out . I waited almost 10 minutes for the water to get warm and finally took a cold shower. the water dripped constantly which kept the floor wet and slippery and I slipped and fell. The second morning I didn't shower, I just drove home. They better fix it before they put someone else in there.
