威斯汀宫殿酒店（米兰） (The Westin Palace, Milan)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Very nice hotel. Excellent breakfast .

This hotel was ok. I would not rate this as a 5 star luxury hotel, more like an average 4 star hotel. Valet parking was ok but not as easy as it could have been. Breakfast was chaotic, too busy and staff were not very helpful (food was good though). Tried to have dinner in the bar but service was so slow that I just gave up in the end.

The room was very comfortable and staff were simply delightful. Highly recommend.

👌

Be careful with your timing of your arrival if you are coming from the US, or I guess anywhere from NA or SA. Flights land pretty early in the morning but the hotel does not 'guarantee" room occupancy until 2PM. At least they don't when you book via Expedia, as I arrived at 11am was told my room just needed to be cleaned, waited 2 hours and saw so many people come in and get rooms ahead of me. I only got in to my room after 2 hours because I finally confronted the desk person and said I don't care what room I get just give me one. And I am also a Marriot Bonvoy member, So be careful or you will end up jet lagged and unhappy like I was. Never been treated like this before. Very disappointing.

VERY GOOD LOCATION. VERY NICE ROOM.

Located on central Overall was good

Great

The staff was fantastic. The cleaning crew tried their best. Some of the room were dilapidated and looked like the need a bit of renovation

This hotel did not disappoint. The staff was excellent at every turn. The room was spacious and beautiful. The gym was great. The hotel was within walking distance to every thing you wanted in Milan.
