The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was spacious, had a nice view of the water, and the hotel is next to a gas station which was convenient. The pool had some shady spots to relax, and the gym offered an array of cardio and weight options. We didn't spend time in the restaurants but room service was delicious and the bar was quite large with pool tables. We would stay there again if we return to the area.

Stayed here on consecutive weeks. Last week I called the front desk to request water. Those water bottles were never delivered. I ended walking to the ADNOC next door and buying water. Last night called and requested water, an hour or so later I had to call and remind them. I like the hotel but these are pretty simple tasks

The hotel is quite old and requires renovation. However, the staff were very polite and kind.

1. Rooms are smelly - strong stench smell despite changing room and despite so call air freshener being used. 2. The floor in room 2520 was sticky and when I wiped it with a towel, it turned BLACK 3. When I asked for a late checkout, they required Ð100 for checkout between 4pm to 6pm
