密尔沃基布鲁克菲尔德喜来登酒店 (Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Neither pool was open. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The mirror for make up in the bathroom also did not work. The room I stayed in did not have a sign for the number of the room outside the door, so I missed it at first. I would not stay there again or recommend it.

The staff was very helpful when we checked in with try to get us in the right room. The issue was on EXPEDIA IN THERE SYSTEM SIAD THAT I BOOKED A ROOM WITH 2 BEDS VS A KING BED. they handle the issue with care and very professional.

good

Nicely laid out and modern

When I called to reserve the room I called the next day and asked about the pool everything was fine amd opened then when we got there the next day the indoor amd outdoor pool were both closed the whole 3 days we were there. Then every time I went outside or we left none of the doors were locked. Which for me is not very secure so anyone could just walk into the building from any one the entrances. I dont think I would stay there in the future

Room was great but pool not being open was a bummer

This was our second time staying at this property. It’s clean and staff are very nice.

We stayed here for a dance competition. The hotel looks like it has been updated in r cent years and our room was clean and quiet. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and when we needed more toilet paper and the pool was out of towels, they quickly had it remedied.

2nd time the pool is out when visiting in less than a month but other than that great place, and they did try to accommodate for the inconveniences.

Several amenitities were unusable due to maintenance issues. Outdoor pool and ice machine were out of order and the indoor pool had a broken heater, which resulted in a freezing pool! The staff did their best with all of the adversity of the situation though.
