The beddings on my first day had not been changed or maybe it was just stains.

This location was a last minute change to the original booking. I was traumatized by Hotel.com when they call me on the highway to tell me the hotel I had booked was closed permanently. The substitution was the Best Western. The hotel was clean, the front desk was accommodating and aware of the last minute change to my reservation. They offered breakfast and a clean bed for one night which was all we needed. I would choose this location again.

Check in staff (Jay) treated us like we’re not customers , he’d rather argue than solving our concerns, we had to ask help from Expedia to transfer us to a different room since mosquitoes were already full of blood on that room assigned by the check in staff, he insisted that mosquitoes can’t go to the 5th floor by themselves,

Place is modern, super clean very conveniently located. Very friendly staff

I choose this hotel because of their on-site EV chargers. They are maintained by the hotel and work perfectly.

Breakfast was good, parking was great, staff was there for any questions.
