At first I was given a room that was so hot and had sheets that were not clean. There was a dead bug and hair in the bed. However when I complained they moved me to a new room that was cleaner but this property needs to improve their standards of clean. If I wasn’t desperate to sleep I would not have stayed there. I did not feel safe. Someone even tried my door in the middle of the night.

It was very-very noisy! I couldn't sleep all night at all! I was suggested then another room. but it is also noisy, a little bit less. I think about leaving it.

I just needed a place to crash for a couple days as I was visiting the area. No frills but you get what you pay for.

Great place and great price, nice staff and clean

Old property need improvement

So i only had my health card and a photo of my driver's license for id so the guy at the front desk said I couldn't get my room because of my id situation so I basically lost my $ for the room and never got to use the room but another hotel took the same id he refused to take

Nice location

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Check in was easy and fast. The only thing to know is that there is no elevator or luggage carts available. The parking is free and there is a Tim Hortons in the lot. The access to restaurants and shopping is less than a 10 minute drive. Would definitely stay again.

Did not use the AC. Used the fan. We had a difficult time finding the Stay Inn Hotel. Better direction would help. Do accessible bathroom. My husband had a walker, and could not get into the bathroom. Other than that we would stay again.
