芝加哥奥黑尔万丽套房酒店 (Renaissance Chicago O'Hare Suites Hotel)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Was there 3 days and housekeeping never showed up, even afyet we called. Large 600 sf suite with two towels? Tiny garbage cans. Bed was short sheeted. Very disappointing visit.

Hot tub

Overall, the stay was good. The couch was low and sunken. The towels were rough. The pool and hot tub area was so crowded, we couldn't enjoy. Restaurant food was bland. We enjoyed the hot tub the first night. Too crowded to go again. Beds were more like full than queen size.

Beautiful hotel we really enjoyed our stay.

Room was very clean , friendly staff

Room was clean, staff was helpful. Would stay again.

None it was fine except allow the omelet station to the breakfast buffet

Clean, good attention, reasonable price

I had a pleasant stay at the Renaissance Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. One of the best perks was the free shuttle service, which was convenient and appreciated. The only downside was that the shuttle transportation wasn’t very well organized. People who showed up late cut the us and another family who were waiting there first, which made the process less smooth than expected. With better organization of the shuttle service, the overall experience would have been excellent. Overall, I would stay here again because of the clean accommodations, great staff, and convenient amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I look forward to returning in the future.
