Perfect stay! Staff was phenomenal.

An amazing stay 100% recommended

The staff, first and foremost, were exceptional at every interaction. I always felt welcomed, wanted and assisted. The room we stayed it, a 20th floor suite, was practically perfect. The bathroom vanity had sharp chips at the bowl rim/front edge and the carpet was very torn in one spot. Dirty windows are to be expected in Chicago. None of these were awful nor deal breaking. The amenities were great, the bed was comfy and I can't complain about anything else. I would certainly stay here again.

The hotel check in was smooth and easy! Our room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the river. The workout rooms were well equipped and pool area is large and bright (but lacks an outside sun deck). This hotel is located in an excellent spot for enjoying the Riverwalk, walking to the Lake front, shopping on Michigan avenue and easily getting to lots of great dining options. Would stay again!

The location was perfect in downtown Chicago, staff was very helpful, and worth returning to on my next visit to Chicago!!

Great stay perfect location

It's right across from the river walk. A few blocks from the bean. We spent a week here and we were able to get there in the train for $5 and walked pretty much everywhere. The area seemed safe and we never had any issues. I would go again. The breakfast vouchers are good enough to cover a normal sit down breakfast. It's good food and the staff were great. There is a buffet, probably cheap,.but it's for some members only area. Oh, yeah, we had a perfect view if the river and Marina center. The river view room was amazing.

Everything was perfect and the staff was amazing!!!!!!!

Everything was wonderful… they even gave me a umbrella when I was waiting for my ride in the rain… top tier service

Excellent
