Rooms are nice and clean. Staff are all friendly and go out there way to help you. Nice pool, nice balcony view, all for a great price. 10-15 min Uber or taxi ride to all popular historic locations. I recommend 👌you stay here.

Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, but housekeeping did forget to replenish some of the in‑room products. Once I called the front desk, they restocked everything without an issue. One thing to note is that the complimentary water bottles provided at check‑in are not replenished —you’ll need to purchase any additional water or drinks. The breakfast was tasty, though it’s the same selection every day. The bar and restaurant served great food as well, but the service can feel a bit overwhelmed when there are large groups, which slows things down. The pool is beautiful, and the rest of the hotel is consistently clean and well maintained. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful! Despite a few minor inconveniences, the overall experience was very enjoyable.

Amazing hotel 10/10

Our flight home got cancelled and we got to the hotel late and hadn't eaten much all day. The restaurant had just closed. They reopened and made us complimentary sandwiches which I really appreciated. Very accommodating staff. They helped us get a taxi the next day back to the airport. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

When I checked in this hotel was under extensive Reno’s and they switched me to the occidental Aurelia about a mile away. It was disappointing that I was not advised of the Reno’s but the hotel accommodated me well.

Understandably the Pool was closed however from afar it was obvious that it had not been maintained. Disappointed when the fire alarm went off several times between 4:15am to 5:30am approximately - turned out to be false alarm. Didn’t receive much of an explanation, apologies, or any electronic communication.
