伦敦肯辛顿高街假日酒店 (Holiday Inn London - Kensington High St. by IHG)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Reserved a standard room for several days. Pros: -Hotel is in a great location...it felt safe and was very convenient with a tube station, bus stop, and several shops, convenience/grocery stores, and restaurants nearby -Hotel lobby staff were friendly and helpful -Check in and check out processes were quick and easy -Reasonable prices (when booked in advance) -Room was quiet -Air conditioning worked well and was much appreciated during the heatwave that was going on Cons: -Standard room was quite small -Few TV channel options (my stays at Holiday Inn in Wales and near LHR had hundreds of channels while this one had something like 20, most of which were variations of BBC) -Bathroom was not well ventilated and lacked counter space (I found traces of mold and mildew in the grout lines and on the door) Neutral: -Elevators were small but serviceable (I had to wait multiple cycles on several occasions and sometimes ended up taking the stairs instead)

Our 4-night stay was an amazing experience. Thank you for your warm hospitality and excellent service throughout our visit. The hotel was exceptionally clean, conveniently located, and within walking distance of many of London's famous parks. It also offered easy access to public transportation, making it simple to explore the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back on our next visit to London. Thank you once again for making our trip so memorable! Arlyn 😊

The fire alarm went off twice during my stay, I stayed here last year and had to evacuate the building twice due to the alarm going off in the middle of the night. No one seemed To have a answer as to why this kept happening.

So much lovely at the hotel: large group of nice staff, lovely restaurants/Starbucks, great big TV sections to watch top sports, amazing gym/swimming pool/locker room, touring guides helped me get lovely bus/train/museum/park/boat/river. Room for me and my son had two nice beds, tv, bathroom, shower. But a little small room.

Great place

Checking in was horrible. We stood there waiting for over 10 minutes while they were somewhere else. The rooms are way too small and the pictures are misleading. We ordered room service and the gentleman’s that brought the food told us that the service fee was separate from a tip. Come to find out it’s the same and they got double of what they should have. The food was horrible. They charged me extra for a late check out which was not worth what they charged. I would never stay there.

Very very clean room and clean comfortable bedding. Our room 5004 was locked at the quiet corner. Small room but ok for 2 people. Breakfast buffets were excellent with lots of variety. Location is super close to shops, restaurants and High Street Kensington underground station. EXCELLENT. We will be back again.

Nice location in Kensington London. Good breakfast, and bar.

the rooms are in desperate need of a deep clean and new carpet. the first suite i was put in was clearly not a suite and had barely functioning ac which broke around midnight the first night. after two nights in the hotel we complained enough times the staff (who were always very helpful and kind) moved us to a newer suit with a newer ac unit. the new room was much nicer (updated walls and carpets) and the ac was at least working if not necessarily powerful. why was that first room being used as a suite? absolutely disgraceful to consider those two rooms the same price. Saturday night, i know was the england soccer match, but having one person working the desk at midnight was a bad decision. my key stopped working and i needed a new one, this took nearly 20 minutes since the line was so long. again, very helpful staff member who was clearly in over his head and could only work so fast alone. ive stayed here 3 years in a row as ive always found it great value for the location but i will not be back next year.

Fantastic hotel, highly recommend!
