Clean, but old room. Maintained but showing its age. Breakfast was well worth the extra $32/person. Some free Undercover parking available. Other free parking not undercover.

Friendly staff but the toilet and shower leaked

Room was comfortable and clean.. only issue soap in shower needed topping up.

The staff were friendly but the room was filthy however the bedding did seem clean

Multi storey building with lift, set back from Quay St. Large free outdoor carpark. Our late booked, third floor river view room offered river glimpses but higher floors would have clearer views. The room had frig with small freezer, kettle, coffee maker and hair dryer. Shower was over the bath but had non-slip mat and a good grab rail. We were offered a room with walk-in shower but it was not a river view. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. There is a restaurant on-site and lots of eating choices along Quay St.

Clean neat tidy good size rooms and meal at the restaurant was one of best steaks ever eaten

Well worth including breakfast

Room was clean, staff were friendly and the food was delicious.

I had a pleasant stay at Mercure Rockhampton. The room was clean and tidy, although a little dated. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

Excellent value for money with a clean room comfortable bed and fantastic restaurant available. Walking distance to everything and free parking. Why pay more?
