Great hotel in a great spot

clean room, great lobby, excellent environment, safe location, everything was great

Very clean. Staff was great, helpful and friendly. Good location with quick access to public transportation

Club lounge needs to be monitored. Many non-club people were sneaking in.

Great hotel and plenty of restaurants near by

Bien situé. Chambre propre et bien climatisée, mais avec tapis. Personnel à l'accueil froid et hautain.

Very happy of my stay Too bad the message i received was not given during the check in

Staff was amazing but the amenities were lacking compared to much much cheaper NH Collection hotels I stayed in across Madrid and Barcelona

Even the building is old, everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful with information, finding restaurants and transportation for us. Very pleased experience.

Not worth the money at all. Towels had holes, shower rail /shower head didn't stay up, only 2 pathetic milk jiggers per day for 2, despite being given 4 sachets of coffee and 4 teabags- how does that work?!, stains on carpet and bed very firm, toilet flush button didn't work properly and finally the cleaner took one of our room keys. Not sure why this is rated 4 stars or what exactly we were paying over the odds for, maybe the unnecessarily huge tv that we weren't sat in the hotel room for. Nothing fits in the teeny tiny fridge, even the 4Euro bottles of water in the room didnt fit in. Thoroughly disappointed.
