很好 The room was clean but we wished the air would have circulated a bit. It was stuffy. The breakfast was worth the cost. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

超赞 This hotel was one of the best for the value I've stayed in. The room was incredibly quiet - very good window insulation. It was also a good amount of space, comfortable, and well appointed (good in-room-coffee). The curtains also blocked light very well (considering how light it at night in July) which was appreciated. The breakfast was fantastic too. Helsinki is so small the location isn't that important, but we found this hotel to be central to everything we wanted to walk to. One downside is the room lacked AC (or we didn't know how to operate it) and we were there in a heat-wave (by Finnish standards), but it still fine when it came time to sleep.

Most holiday inns have free coffee and hot tea. We were charged 8.00 for 2 coffees that were below average. The machine in the room is not the same as brewed coffee. The breakfast had brewed coffee. American tourists like brewed coffee. Need 2 people working checkout on port days for the boat. Unable to get a printed receipt. Had to drop keys in the box.

We loved everything about the hotel and staff. Our only complaints is the no a/c which we knew about but the window does not allow air flow so it gets really stale in the room, and lastly the water temp in the shower was scolding and no in between.

很好 We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean. Staff helpful. Great location. Breakfast was very good; one can order special coffee, i.e., cappuccino, espresso, etc. The rooms are spartan, nothing fancy. However, bathroom was modern and spacious. Price-quality ratio was very good.
