Room was very clean. And staff was always helpful. Lots of activities for adults and kids. Plenty of restaurant choices. Choose from fixed menu to buffet. Had a great stay.

Everything was very well taken care of, the food was delicious and we were really impressed with the selection. The drinks were very good and they even have a snack bar near the pool that has tacos and other foods. The pools were beautiful and clean. They have people walking around monitoring, which is great. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Everyone we encountered at the resort was very helpful, polite and friendly. We would definitely recommend this resort to our friends and family!

This resort exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, everything was first class. The property is absolutely stunning—beautifully maintained inside and out. The staff went above and beyond to make every part of our stay enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The pools were gorgeous, crystal clear, and impeccably clean. Room service was fast and reliable, delivering whatever we needed right to our door. The food was outstanding. Every restaurant was excellent, and the buffets were honestly some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Breakfast was incredible every morning, and the all-inclusive experience was worth every penny, with great food, premium drinks, beer, liquor, and cocktails always available. The beaches were breathtaking, the views were unforgettable, and seeing the famous Arch made the trip even more special. Best of all, we felt completely safe throughout our entire vacation. Cabo truly feels like the Hamptons of Mexico—luxurious, vibrant, and incredibly beautiful. I can’t recommend this resort enough. It was one of the best vacations I’ve ever taken, and I’ll absolutely be coming back. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed.

I really enjoyed my stay at Riu palace. The staff were helpful I enjoyed the food. I also liked the idea of being able to go on the sister resort. I really love the location the view of El Arco at Land's End. Not too far from the marina and the sunrise view was beautiful!

Everything was clean and well maintained. Everyone there was so kind and helpful. The view from this hotel is beautiful.

Riu Palace was so much fun ! Super clean, great staff ! Definitely highly recommend to anyone ! We can’t wait to go back !

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The balcony door was sticking/breaking. The toilet backed up and would not flush, took multiple flushes to work properly for the duration of our stay. Online room service ordering was down without notice (waited two hours for food then was told it wasn't working). The food was mostly bland and mediocre. Most of the front desk staff were unhelpful. Advertised as return airport shuttle included and then it wasn't. Advertised as adults only but kids everywhere. Would not stay again.

Amazing hotel

Three resorts all linked together. You can’t eat at any but yours (which was tricky cuz our friends stayed at the adults only baja cali riu) but they did let us eat at any buffet. So many pool options! La capuchini had a coffee shop, a bar, and great views! We got our own little walk out pool and I loved relaxing in there before hitting the crowds! Theres so many games, shows, and parties if you choose. My husband was obsessed with the water park but was definitely sore the next day! La Coyota was our favorite restaurant! All staff was friendly!
