This hotel feels like home to me. Very comfortable and the staff are so kind and welcoming.

The hotel was beautiful but neither Hotels.com or the hotel bothered to give advanced notice of construction going on. Very hard to understand why they would put any one directly under construction. So yeah the hotel was nice, but a really crappy experience waking up to literally jack hammering!

Breakfast nothing special for European standards. Many updates to hotel. Hotel staff very nice. Hotel location not the best for tourists. Nothing to see or do in the area. Restaurants at least a mile walk from facility.

Nice rooms and great staff

The room was clean but decor and bath quite shabby. Staff were helpful polite and pleasant. The room was very large. There were a few points which rather spoilt it. Minor complaints were that the restaurant wasnt open for lunch at weekends or on sunday evening and that the sound on the tv wouldnt go above 30, also the shower was very antiquated and taps almost falling out of the wall. My major complaint is that the bathroom stank of sh*t which if one didnt ALWAYS close the door permiated thebedroom. .

Staff

Very good hotel for business travellers. Room had great heating Wifi is great everywhere in the hotel

Location was perfect for visiting relatives in Ixelles. Tram lines one block away, easy walk into city center. Staff friendly and effective, expect to return next trip to Brussels
