area is safe,711 near by as well as small shops and restaurants,close to train station, just be careful when your walking because street is a bit busy and there is no designated area for the people to walk.Staff very helpful, always providing free water bottle and toilet paper. Front desk personnel very helpful and accommodating. No need to use your goggle translate because they speak English.They even let us check in early with no extra charge.The building it self is on the older side but was kept clean.Good value for your money.The unit we rented is a 2 bedroom with 2 bath.Space was big enough for the 6 of us.Will definitely stay again if given the opportunity.

The Appartment is clean and safe. The check in process is like a hotel, it’s pretty good.

Staff is welcoming and accommodating. The room was always replenish with water and coffee everyday. The location is ideal if you are willing to walk 15 minutes. Less than a 2 minute walk from the property is a 7 eleven, 3 restaurant, and a dispensary. If you walk 5 minutes there are more restaurants, another 7 eleven, and massage parlors. If you walk 15 minutes there is the Lumphini MRT station that also connects to One Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again.

Average property in a busy street without sidewalks.
