丹佛/切里克里克希尔顿花园旅馆 (Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Cherry Creek)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. From check in to check out staff was unhelpful and rude. The room was nothing special and over priced. I will never stay at a Hilton again.

The card readers on door was going out - we had to take several trips down to have the card reset. Come to find out it wasn’t us or the card it was the reader itself. Our A/C unit started pumping hot air and smelt like smoke. Maintenance came and our unit was froze over.

Great

Good location. Breakfast should be included in the cost of the room. Competitors provide at no cost.

AC was noisy.

This is a very nice hotel, that is perfectly located. It was just out of the busiest Denver areas, but close enough to get to everything quickly. There are tons of surrounding shops and restaurants, many within walking distance.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures , very old and needs to be updated.

No bellhop or porter . Broken elevator. Staff did best to accommodate but seemed helpless in getting elevator fixed and getting assistance for luggage!

The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. When the elevators both were out of service, the staff was able to facilitate access to the stairs until the elevator was back in service. The people make the difference. I will stay there again.

It was ok. Overcharged by almost 70 & would not help at all to figure out. Blamed it all on Expedia.
