Fire alarm twice through the night malfunction disturbed sleep. No water from 10am to 2pm. Check out 11am. So between sleepless night due to firealarms. Toilet unusable by 10am. All water facilities terminated. Was going to book an extra night but left due to no consideration or assurance or apologies.

Good location but very dated and in need of a refurb!

I stayed at this hotel for over a month and had a fantastic experience. Brunilda was exceptional throughout—amiable, friendly, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. She always went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and boasts beautiful river views across Salford, with swans and ducks often visible on the water, creating a peaceful atmosphere. While all the staff were polite and helpful, Brunilda’s outstanding service truly stood out. Thank you for making my stay such an enjoyable one.

Pleasant hotel and staff

Sadly hard to walk anywhere but can get to Lowry and use public transport. Bit out of way for us.

It’s clean but very very dated and could do with quite an extensive renovation. Soundproofing is quite poor, so noises from outside, other rooms and corridors comes straight into the room

Lovely hotel, with great staff. Only downside was the room was very warm, even with all the windows open. No AC. Breakfast was exceptional!

Recommended for short stays
