你好西贡 Spa 酒店 (Ciao SaiGon Hotel & Spa)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Nice

Clean modern family room. Large space. Staff was very helpful. Near airport.

Property and staff are great. Breakfast buffet leaves a lot to be desired.

The pool was closed for renovation. No information was given about this. When I notified the management that I paid specifically for a hotel with a pool, they entered into a long drawn out interaction, before offering me a measly 20% off my early check in cost. I accepted it, as I was tired of the arguing. The breakfast was ok, but very limited in choice

Great staff and free parking. Stayed 1 night in Jun 2026

This is a perfect location for us very close to the airport. Staff was really nice and friendly.

Very nice

Staff in the hotel nice, helpful In the main desk and in the hall, we have to leave during the night. They find us a taxi for the airport.

Policy was no cancellations or changes. I booked this room way in advance and neither the hotel or Expedia would allow a cancellation or a date change. Horrific policy and both the hotel and Expedia should ensure before booking that the person is sure that there is no changes allowed. So I wasted the price for the room as my travel plans changed. I had stayed at this hotel twice in the past but never again. And this is the 2nd time Expedia has had shady dealings with providers. I will no longer utilize their services in the future either.

Great location. Quite Street in a very busy city Easy Grab App taxi. Spot. Great service My phone picked up Staff found a Store. 5 min cab ride. Got it fixed Pool is Basic. But nice. Great place Watch those marble floors slic when wet
