The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful

Clean room great staff accessible

I arrived at 8:30pm, I went to the room and it hadn't been cleaned. The receptionists tried to put me on a standard room even I had paid for a VIP room. 5 min later I was told the VIP room was ready, which was clearly not ok. How come they could clean a room in 5 min.

The place was clean and the bed is comfortable

Decent place to stay for a night, they even let us store our luggage there for a few hours after checking out.

Excellent staff, always very helpful and polite. Location was a little outside IT Park proximity, but Grab/taxi always available.

The staff was amazing and very helpful and accommodating. Arrived an hour early and checked in immediately. I was only there for 1 day and staff told me to go to Tops in the evening and that was the most beautiful place on top of a mountain overlooking Cebu. If you are ever in Cebu I highly recommend 18 Suites Cebu and visiting Tops. A

Value for money, a nice stay at a fairly affordable price.

We enjoyed our stay! We will be back for sure!

Great stay.
