喜来登孟菲斯市中心酒店 (Memphis Riverline Hotel)

Very clean, reasonable price, and nice temperature. Parking isn't amazing, but that's to be expected downtown.

Good stay some of the customers service is ok but it was good still the stay

Janky hotel. It’s not what it's cracked up to be. $35 for parking? Come on. Food was sub standard from a weak menu.

My daughter who I booked this for said that it was a very nice hotel.

We could barely get the wifi to work in our room or anywhere on the property. We tried several times at several different locations and could not get it to work for our phones and it barely worked for my computer.

Hotel needs an overhaul. TV didn't work, coffee pot broken, shower would not drain, no hot water in bathroom sink and the food choices were minimal and overpriced.

Parking and motel restaurant is expensive

The staff was amazing. Even though when Hotels.com information seemingly didn’t get there on time they made sure I had a room after a long drive from Dallas to Memphis.

Room was fine but the shower didn't drain properly and I was showering in inches of standing water. Also, the hotels.com page says there is a business center. The first night I was told there was no business center. The second night I was told there is one, but it isn't working. They also said it would cost $1 per page to print when they get the computers fixed. In my experience, you shouldn't have to pay to print something if they hotel advertises a business center.

Friendly front desk...hard to locate from interstate. Valet parking only for $50. Pillows were awful and noisy next door neighbors all night Kinda pricey all round.
