Excellent staff and location

This hotel is just OK. The restaurant is not good. No room service. No hotel shop to buy snacks, drinks, water, etc. The front desk staff are very friendly but this hotel should be described as a “ bare bones” hotel.

Clean, new hotel in safe location. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Staff is very sweet but not very competent at times.

Excellent hotel

There is nothing to like about this hotel other than location. The staff could not have cared less about the enjoyment of the guests. My wifi rarely worked and I had to argue with the ‘manager’ about it. My air conditioning was nonexistent and the staff member I told laughed about it and did nothing. Once the manager got a technician to look it was easily fixed but I had to request a solution several times. There was a man that sat in the hallway by the elevator all day long doing nothing but playing music and videos on his phone. Absolutely no explanation as to who he was or why he was there. Really a crappy hotel. Do not book it ever.

Great hotel with excellent location.

Our staying was very pleasant. Breakfast as described, fresh fruit and bread every morning. Very healthy and the service amazing. Front desk very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Friendly staff. I believe this propriety is over priced and should be a 4 stars at best. Rooms were not well cleaned and facilities has not much to offer except the location of the hotel. I had to call house keeping few times to correct their short coming. At one occasion I called the night manager but did not act till I went to reception. Even then he did not come out to talk to me or explain he just send one of front staff to deal with me. Very bad attitude.

I think the place is nice Not sure the price is adequate for the location and amenities

My visit was very pleasant
