I love this hotel and its location. It was better before as they had a nice restaurant and bar. Bo’s that is closed. However the breakfast and the staff remain amazing.

Room was cool and internet was good pool was good but got shut for a few days and the hotel was without hot clean water for 2 days

Pool and sauna was prefect for families. Our daughter loved it. Great stay.

Room was good

Stay was good great service but to be told its not possible to have an invoice / check out but to be able to go back to my room to brush my teeth / finishing packing I find really bizzare - every other hotel manages this. Then for the access to the floor, with the room car not opening the security doors needs improving. I had to go up and down to reception 3 times and only the third time with the master key could we access the security door to the corridors!

Had to wait in lobby for two hours even after check in time

The breakfast buffet was wonderful but quite pricey. Only dined once.

I had a very upsetting experience during my stay. My ring went missing from my room, and when I reported it to management, the manager initially responded but then stopped communicating altogether claiming they were “going on vacation” and never followed up. Losing a personal item is bad enough, but the lack of responsibility and communication from management made it even worse. I expected at least some level of professionalism and accountability, but received none. I would not recommend this property to anyone who values honesty, safety, or proper management.
