The shuttle was fantastic, frequent and direct, making the trip to the hotel painless. The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel had a lot of security, extra locked doors…. so it felt very safe. It was an affordable option, allowing us to stay near the airport, when our flight schedule was tight. It is not fancy, however, it was clean and close to the airport and within a price range for an average traveller.

一般 Close to airport and shuttle service was on time. Not clean, not comfortable pillows perfect for a one night stay but would recommend for anything more than that.

Definitely not five star not even two star horrible service. Nobody at the desk doors don’t lock rooms are dirty. Badge are full of hair from my previous stay coffee mugs or from a previous day never clean disgusting

Bastion Hotels provide a strong standard of service for value focussed travellers. The staff has been professional for many of my visits and the property standards are high. Love the breakfast, as well as restaurant menu. Appreciate the airport shuttle very much too.

很好 We enjoyed out stay. Breakfast was filling with fresh made omelets. They had bread, cereal, coffee, tea, water, juice, fruit salad, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bus was broken down, so communication from the staff about the airport transportation could have been much better. Many of the times the shuttle didn't stop at the airport - just slowly drove by. Sometimes they were 10 minutes early and 15 minutes late. Overall a good hotel to stay, just know the shuttle wasn't really on punctual timing, so plan a little earlier if needed.
