Premier Hotel Cape Town is a solid option, especially because of its great location. Easy access to key areas and a convenient base for getting around the city. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is something to keep in mind if you prefer more space, but they are clean and functional. Service was decent. The staff handled what was needed, but it was not anything that really stood out. Overall, a good stay for the location and convenience.

Very nice, older but very clean

The premier Hotel Cape Town is a very nice business hotel. The staff was exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful. We initially had a room in the back building, but we’re able to move to the front building, which was much nicer and renovated. The breakfast was very good. The hotel in general could use some updating.

Room too small and no refrigerator. So can keep water cooler.

Great place to stay in Cape Town. The staff was very helpful my flight got canceled and they allowed us to come back to the hotel and out same room for the night since I had checked out early they were very accommodating will stay there again

The patio was filthy. there was no soap at the bathroom basin. The service was shocking. I won't even bother listing all that went/was wrong with this hotel. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
