Brilliant

They stole my jewelry. I called and they said they would call back and didn’t. Called them 10 plus times. I would not stay here and if you do, DO NOT LET THEN IN YOUR ROOM AND DO NOT BRING ANYTHING OF VALUE!!!!! MATTER OF FACT DO NOT STAY THERE!!! Terrible communication and service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Amazing hotel from staff to atmosphere, definitely worth the stay!

I had the best experience whilst staying here. The staff were so accommodating and attentive. The hotels restaurant is of an exceptional standard. The rooms were spacious and clean. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Room was spotless. The food was fantastic. The staff were so kind. 100% would recommend

Unbelievable experience, best hotel I have ever been to, I felt so relaxed and at ease, I was very upset leaving 😂😂 lovely staff too, very kind and pleasant, the hotel is so central to fun activities too, don’t hesitate book it

excellent service, really cooperative staff.

Amazing 🙏

Staff and hotel were equally amazing

We had a wonderful few days at the Garcia, so glad we opted for this hotel as it was set up in a quieter location but close enough to central Ubud. The surroundings are beautifully lush and the feel of the resort is laid back and relaxed. All the staff are so attentive and helpful, they go out of their way to make sure you’re well looked after, always greeted with a smile. All staff were wonderful, particularly Anayka at reception and Fery in the restaurant.
