Guest Registration Required

Please submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued ID or passport for ALL arriving guests at least 3 working days before check-in. This is required to process your Guest Authorization Permit from Shore Residences Administration.

All occupants must be declared and registered. Failure to submit the required IDs or declare all guests may result in delayed or denied entry by building security.

Same-Day / Late ID Submission

If you booked on the same day or your Guest Authorization is not ready upon arrival, please wait at the lobby for check-in assistance. ₱200 check-in assistance fee applies and is payable upfront.
