Check in was easy. They had a complimentary breakfast and shuttles to the cruise port. There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel. There is also a CVS across the street. The room we clean.

The staff was incredibly helpful when I ended up in the hospital. They worked with my son to extend our stay, so he didn’t have to worry about when he had to leave his room. Hands down the best hotel staff.

The front desk staff was incredible, very kind. I had to go into the hospital and they were very helpful with my son. They could not have been more kind.

Inez at the front desk was awesome. Rooftop pool was an added touch. Would stay there again.

Gym nice, could use update. Pool - room key didnt work, had to go to desk. Pool was very nice, clean and extremely relaxing. The staff - super nice and helpful

Overall stay was excellent! Shuttle running to the cruise port was very convenient and the main reason I chose to stay here.

The gentleman’s and woman who were at the front desk were amazing! They were so welcoming and sweet! They made my day, after traveling. They had a great recommendation for dinner, and even gave me a little gift ! If I am in the are, I would definitely stay here again, due to their wonderful customer service!
