Clean property, AC works well. Breakfast a bit underwhelming.

Location of the hotel was right in the middle of a city center. Our room was clean and big. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

A hotel that clearly caters to American sensibilities. - Each room had great air conditioning - there is an ice machine in the lobby - breakfast is a blend of French and American tastes The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is located near the cathedral square, and within walking distance of the main streets of the town.

Room was clean, staff, very helpful, purpose was excellent, great location, While I felt very safe in the building, there was no safe in the room. Not much room for clothing.

This is a lovely hotel about a ten minute walk from the train station. The young man greeted us and provided a city guide. He also recommended an Italian restaurant (Patanella) which was excellent. The room is just large enough to be comfortable. Shower has plenty of hot water and water pressure. And, since the high is 97 degrees today, the air conditioning works perfectly. Breakfast was included. They also offer laundry service for 20 euro. They give you a vert large duffel bag and will wash/fold everything in the bag. I gave it to them this morning and they said it would be ready this evening. A great hotel, location and price.

Great location, pretty good room for the price, however previous century air conditioning is not efficient when there is 90F (32.5C) outside.

Our room was freshly cleaned when we entered, but very spidery. Otherwise, our stay was lovely. Staff is very helpful, breakfast was good, lovely amenities. Might need to find street parking, which can be hard.

We reserved 2 rooms and both rooms smell like a septic tank. Room 103 in the shower all you could get was extremely hot water which made it hard to take a shower and there was no heat in the bedroom so the second day was cold and without the heat I had to wear a jacket to bed. The people were nice but the place was differently wasn’t what I expected.
