Old building with a renovated entry. Some rooms are very small, I had to climb over the toilet to get into the tub. Im fit and this was a tricky maneuver. Days later I got a bigger room and it was fine.

Very dated hotel. Photos on Hotels.com could go against the trade description act. Only lobby and top floor nice. All floors in-between at best a 2 star hotel. No air conditioning when 30° outside. Staff not interested in this - room like a sauna compared to the rest of the hotel. Terrible sound insulation, especially at front of hotel. Would never return or recommend.

Good location but the hotel felt old, hallways and room damp and dark. Recommended to change the carpets.

The staff at this property were IHG-outstanding!

Friendly staff, good breakfast. The hotel has a nice restaurant at the top, with excelent food and partial view of the sea. Walking distance to the sea, where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops to enjoy. Room was noisy, without fan in the bathroom, but clean. Parking is VERY limited, definitely avoid going there with a car. (extra € for each day)

For people have no time for breakfast there is no option to have something to go, not even a coffee….otherwise great services

Very good value for money, close to the center of things, a bit noise from the street, but not too noisy for us, ask for a back room if your sensitive, staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very nice, hotel parking underground for those who need it. Very good experience, will definitely stay again when in Thessaloniki
