The welcome from staff when we arrived was wonderful and very friendly, the room was so much better then we expected, perfect view from our very large veranda, beds very comfortable and room was spotless.

The only real issue we had was trying to be talked into a time-share seminar upon arrival. Once we said no we were left alone so it wasn't a huge issue. Our children loved the pool area. The room was a little dated but clean and spacious with excellent views.

The TV wasn't working properly. There was a note to say it was buffering with Foxtel, and they knew about the problem. But the TV was so bad we couldn't watch it most nights. We were there for a week that that was disappointing.
View was fantastic.

Good value for money as they have put in new elevators,updated the games room,put in a gym ,renovated the bathrooms & painted the building .It is close to shops & an easy couple of minutes drive to Caloundra.All in all i recommend it.

Staff super friendly and helpful-
Perhaps some more explanation of what is available eg bikes to use -at check in the man didn’t tell me but the next day a lovely young girl was like are you riding the bikes at all today ? And I was like oh I didn’t know it was free - or available.
