Loved staying there good view clean room The staff were very helpful good area and would stay again

The rooms are slightly old fashioned but very clean. We also saw a few cockroaches in the lobby during our stay which wasn’t nice. But a nice hotel overall with a nice pool

Great location, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has too much amenities which makes it hard to leave!

Hotels.com was completely unhelpful and incompetent. The check-in was not transparent and the hotel wanted to illegally charge me for service animal. When calling hotels the manager didn’t speak or understand English well. The customer service experience with hotels.com has gone down and I will be using their competitors moving forward.

Nice hotel not far from everything. Limited pool space

Seguro regresaremos, veníamos muy cansadas con mi hija, y como tenían disponibilidad, nos dieron la habitación antes, y pudimos descansar para salir a conocer la ciudad. La secadora de pelo del baño no secaba tan bien, y nos llevaron una que funcionaba fabuloso. La vista de la habitación fabulosa, la cama y almohadas muy ricas. El área de piscina muy bonita. Y el día que regresábamos logramos hacer un late check out y nos guardaron las valijas en lo que recorríamos la ciudad. El hotel está a 5 min caminando de un pub irlandés que se llama Shamrock, súper divertido. Súper cerca de las paradas de bus, y el bus súper bien nos llevó y nos trajo de regreso a Palmanova. Una playa linda con restaurantes y un paseo con tiendas de ropa de playa. Super recomendado el hotel, su ubicación y el personal. Muchas gracias por todo.

Good location on the outskirts of the city but also within walking distance of the Old Town. Onsite parking but a little confusing on details about tickets and payment.

Very good hotel in great location.

Having both breakfast and dinner included was a nice feature. Although the dinner menu is very limited. Overall, the place was clean, but it’s in need of updating. The location is ideal for walking to the old part of the city. The property had tremendous views of the marina and the cathedral. There was a problem with sewer gas smell in the room. All of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth.
