Room was immaculate and clean. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options and they offered me to get a fresh omelette with fillings.

NM hotel exceeded all expectations. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is amazing. They have been very friendly and helpful. Great location near everything. The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve had since we’ve had in Peru. We’ve stayed at several hotels and NM Lima hotel is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great staff and very nice hotel

The room was the main problem, cealing lights were on and off during the night, tv has to be fixed, the room itself was for one person, we were two, the front desk wasn't helpful at all, the window lock was not secure and never was fixed . Very disappointed for 5 days in a very small room

Great location close to restaurants, shopping, churches and the famous Parque del Olivar.

It is a 4 star hotel, but really well done. Everything was efficient, same day laundry service was great, rooms very comfortable, everything works flawlessly, slept very well. The restautant, Trescientos (300) was a fantastic surprise. There are many amazing restaurants close, but I was often pressed for time and ate at 300. Did not disappoint! Had some of my best meals in Peru there. And all of the staff friendly, helpful, accessible. I really enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it.
