stayed in this hotel for 10 nights. pleasant staff and clean. will come back again!

Hotel room are clean and comfortable, the morning breakfast buffet is great, the location is close to big upscale shopping center, also you can find lost of local and westerners food.

Hotel OK. Room has a washing machine and kitchen faculties which I did not require. Because there was so much furniture and equipment in the room, it felt a bit cramped.

Stay was okay, when I checked out the clerk failed to refund my security deposit and still its not being refunded. I looked into the Holiday Inn web site for contact information regarding this issue but could not succeed so far.

My second stay, room a bit on the smaller than what we had last year. No aircon when outside temperature was 26-27 C, had to request for an electric fan to make it through the nights. Convenient location, shower water pressure is good.

This hotel is catered more for young family. The hotel lobby even have a play zone for kids. My room probably was for family, as there were child proof devices and cartoon drawings all over the room. Staff speak ok English. The hotel is about 20 to 30 minutes to Hangzhou Railway Station depending on traffic. It is an Ok hotel.

good hotel for a short trip to hangzhou

I stayed here for 8 nights. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and spoke english. The room was a nice size, not huge but also not small. Then hotel and room were updated, comfortable and clean. The third floor gym was small but had the equipment I needed. The pool looked nice but I didn't use it (forgot my bathing suit).

Stock standard Holiday Inn experience. Neither good nor bad. Just a brief one night stay, so no need to at Marriott / Intercontinental around the corner at twice the price.
