一般 I was caught up in the events of 28th February 2026. I contacted the hotel by phone to explain but no one could come to the phone. I was promised I would receive a call back. Never did! But fully charged for the stay even though I couldn’t make it. Would really expect more from a hotel of this calibre.

We had an amazing time @ the Taj. Prerna at the front desk made our stay memorable and Harsh @ the concierge took care of all our sightseeing needs. We will definitely be back.

This hotel - the Taj Lake Palace was exquisitely perfect. Everything was absolute perfection.
It is a once in a lifetime unique experience - it was outstanding. From the staff, to the property, the food, the attention to detail…just absolutely one of a kind!!!

超赞 Incredible property, the most attentive staff and a wonderful spa. Indian restaurant is also delicious. Make sure not to miss a dinner on a royal boat and a private dinner on Mewar terrace.

Absolutely exceptional. Very unique experience and I had all my needs met. Kunal in particular was extremely pleasant to talk to, I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
If I could have one thing fixed, I would make it easier for taxis to pick up individuals from the boats
