Great central location. Lovely helpful staff.

There is nothing boutique about this overpriced hotel. Peeling wallpaper, dirty walls, mould on the bathroom ceiling, no bathmat, blinds that don't come down in the bathroom for privacy and a terrible bed. This is a hotel with so much potential if somebody would just give it some much needed love and updating.

Great stay, easy check in and tidy room and facilities.

It was quaint and quirky. Room was very comfortable and clean and was serviced every day. They don’t offer much in house (indeed most of the time the desk wasn’t staffed, but that didn’t matter). But proximity downtown and to the station was excellent.

Thank you for a peaceful and relaxing stay following my eye surgery. I appreciate how accommodating you were to my needs and staff were so welcoming, empathetic and encouraging. It really made a big difference

Very cool space in this modern city! Very convenient for blueferry in morning! Close to harbour! Easy park but extra payment, all good experience
