The jotel is located eight actoss the street from the taul station. Has two great restaurants nwxt ro it and the staff was great.

Air Conditioning was wonderful.

This was our family’s first time staying in a pension, and we were genuinely impressed. As a family of four, we weren’t sure what to expect, but it exceeded our expectations. The facilities were spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The location was fantastic—close to everything we wanted to see and made exploring San Sebastián on foot incredibly easy. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay, especially as a family, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Close to train station. Rooms and bathrooms are very tiny.

Carpet was dirty and room was too warm

This is very convenient next to trams, train station, rue saint Catherine, restaurants and other attractions. It is small but very clean, and had enough space with a bed and a desk for my husband and I. Very nice staff and responsive to our requests for a little later check out

Close to the train station which made our 1 night stay more convenient

Our reservation once we arrived at the hotel was not what we’d reserved online. The receptionist understood the issue and gave us a room similar to what we had booked. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good breakfast.

Reception was welcome and easy, room was good size and lovely choices for breakfast. However improvements to the pillows and beds need to be made. Also the woman working in the breakfast room was abrupt, rude and simply not a nice person.
