Family of 32 stayed there for 2 nights. Staff was perfect, rooms beautiful n clean. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended. Julie Z

Helpful staff in every way

Very good room, and we loved the fact that it came with free breakfast.

El personal fue muy amable y la atención excelente durante toda la estadía. Sin embargo, la limpieza de la habitación podría mejorar. Encontramos unas sandalias debajo de la cama, las sábanas tenían manchas y el piso no estaba completamente limpio. La ubicación tampoco fue la más conveniente para nosotros, ya que asistíamos a un concierto en la feria y no era tan accesible llegar desde el hotel. A pesar de estos detalles, el servicio recibido fue bueno y en general tuvimos una experiencia agradable.

L’hotel est beau propre et contient plusieurs services. Par contre, il est quand même loin du centre-ville de milan ce qui peut compliquer les déplacements.

Excellent customer service and hotel conditions

literally the worst hotel!!! stayed here 5 nights in a row and not once was my room cleaned. the ac never worked in my room! i was told on my third night i can move room, proceeded to go to reception to get my new room key and they said to me they didn't say that and it was a mistake. I've gone down just now as i've been to lake como and i need to have a shower and a member of staff called Alejandro was shouting at me telling me there is no towels and to go back to room. never been so appalled and mistreated in my life. please please save your money and stay far away from here. on top of that Because the room was never cleaned during the entire 5 nights, I had to purchase my own toilet paper and soap as these were never replenished by housekeeping. The shower was also broken throughout the stay, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. When we first arrived, there was dirty toilet water left in the bathroom, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. The room remained messy and poorly maintained throughout the booking, and combined with the lack of cleanliness, broken facilities, and poor treatment from staff, this was far below the standard advertised! oh and the shower head was completely broken and didn’t work!
