The room was very small just for one person but the location was excellent. Also you a coffee were you can buy good staff

Great hostal to stay in especially if you’re solo traveling. Not every hostal has an elevator but this one does and the location is great.

A convenient base to see the rest of central Madrid from. The accessible room was large enough and quieter being away from the rooms on the same floor. The view is just of the building. The bathroom is a large wet room, maybe could do with an extra handrail in the shower and tiles get a jet wash, but functional. Air conditioning was working and adjustable. There is a small step to get into the building, but whoever was on reception was quick to offer help and everyone was very hospitable throughout my stay. The area around Opera is flat with lots shops and bars/restaurants to easily access.

La mejor que tiene es la ubicación

Everything is good but room is small

Excelente

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms a bit on the small side. Well-located, close to shops and restaurants. Overall excellent.

The property location is very convenient. Most of the tourist attractions, metro stations and restaurants are just a walking distance away. And the staff are also very nice.

Nice little hotel in a great walking location

The location is good. The coffee in the hotel is good. Staff try to be helpful. Some rooms are really dirty and unclean. Upper floors are ok. UpstIr room washroom is tiny. No view outside window
