The room itself was okay! The bathroom and shower was horrible!

I stood in the lobby over 20 minutes waiting for the front desk attendant to come from smoking to check me in after she checked me in got to my to my room bathroom was dirty and mold on the ceiling ask to be moved was told no more rooms available

Place was nice and clean. Helpful staff. Not very convenient location kinda far from places.

It was ok for the budget, fridge didn’t work, kinda ran down, one key card didn’t work, odd smell but I put air fresheners in room so it worked out, shower was okish had to force it to work, internet was slow, but was ok. Close to French quarter and other amenities and in a safe area with free parking. Wouldn’t pay more than $60 a night though, had vip Expedia so it evened out.

Rust on the fridge, peeling tub with rust around. T.V. Neither phone worked

The experience started great with an early check in. My travel partner and I dropped our things off and went to run errands. When we returned to our room, the door was open, all the sheets stripped and our items no where to be seen. We rushed to the front where they discovered they had mistook us for another guest that was not allowed to be there and they shared they thought our room was theirs and had to remove their things. They gave us our things back and apologized, but it took over 3 hours to get our sheets back, and we never got the room set back up. They had stripped our trash bags, our bars of soap, and more because of us having used it after checking in. They never returned it and we had to go request it from them. The kitchen was dirty and not fully stocked with the basics like utensils to use. The entire place smelt like smoke/weed, the bathroom was dirty, and the fire alarm went off while staying. We felt unsafe the entire time we were there. All I can say is you get what you pay for.

Good over all

I stayed here for two nights and the condition of the room did not match the photos shown online. There were multiple issues throughout the stay. The toilet was not functioning properly, and both the blow dryer and iron were broken. The room was also not clean. Cabinets and floors were visibly dirty. The bathroom was in poor condition, with the bathtub surface peeling significantly and general signs of neglect. Overall maintenance in the room was below basic hotel standards. The bedding was also in poor condition. The pillows were worn out, flattened, and offered little to no support, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. In addition to the room issues, the service was unprofessional. At check in, there was no clear communication that the process was complete, and I was left standing there unsure if I was done. At check out, the staff member did not acknowledge me directly, did not look up, and spoke from another room without basic customer interaction. The room also had very poor sound insulation. Noise from the hallway carried easily, and during the night there was a prolonged disturbance from another guest that was loud enough to require me to get up and address it myself. The listing photos appear to show a more updated and well maintained room than what I received, which was misleading. I would not stay here again based on the condition, cleanliness, service, and overall experience.

Kitchen was not fully equipped. I didn't drive so I don't know about the parking. It looked okay. Staff was very helpful and friendly room was clean but very outdated.

The rooms were clean the staff was very nice no cooking utensils. NO USB PORTS rooms are very outdated
