This complex is located in the Rincon de Loix area, 10 minutes walking from Levante beach. The resort is a few minutes from the shopping and entertainment area, with supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, and next to Levante hospital and one ambulatory of Social Security. There is a taxi rank and a local bus near the complex, while bus and train stations are approximately 3 km. The center of Benidorm is 5-minute drive from the complex, the theme park is 14 minutes drive and Alicante is located just 35 minutes drive. Nearby airports are: Alicante-El Altet (61 km) and Valencia (146 km). This complex has 225 terraced duplex houses and offers playground, three pools and a children pool, gardens, tennis court and an office-reception at the entrance.
