notre séjour fut très agréable. la chambre etait propose et les lits confortable nous avons j'en dormi. Si on a a retourné a Gatineau ya de très forte chance que nous retournons y passé notre séjour.

Ma famille aimait notre séjour.

The air conditioning machine so noisy

L'hôtel offre un déjeuner avec de la variété (oeufs, fruits, gauffres, céréales, toasts et saucisses). Manque un peu d'espace dans la salle à manger. L'hôtel est propre.

Room was updated, fairly nice but the floors was filthy. There were dust bunnies under the furniture and dirt and grit throughout the room. Looked like it had not been swept or washed in days/weeks. Hallway carpets were disgusting with dust balls and dirt everywhere. I spoke with the front desk and they are going to give us a few credits. Young man at check-in had an inappropriate T-shirt and jeans and barely spoke to us. I think we disturbed his snack time. Breakfast was runny eggs, grey sausage and cold potatoes. Better hotels in the area.

We arrived earlier for our check inn but the staff called the cleaning staff to finish our room first so we could stay. We waited 15 minutes approximately and it was ready. They were fully booked so had a lot of work. Super clean room and very good breakfast

À l’entrée, il y avait une odeur qui m’la dérangé. Dans ka chambre aussi. La chambre était très petite pour 4 adultes. Le petit déjeuner était très bien! La dame était très gentille! Le bruit de l’air climatiseur était assez fort. En général, c’est propre!
