(Albachiara Hotel)

Excellent service. Close to all the venues and access to the best beach of the country. Will definitely come back

The sound of the TV is terrible and the TV is too small

Access to the beach. Hotel did not provide shampoo nor conditioner. Had to wash my hair with soap.

Great property location with abundant parking right across from ocean on main street. The apartment was large and comfortable although dated. AC was really cold.

There was no airport shuttle provided for free as listed on Expedia. The drive there is very bumpy and winding. The driver the hotel recommended has a lot of car sickness.

Amazing stay in the DR. The location of the hotel was close to downtown. The staff were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Services excellent

Large clean room. Excellent location. Beach front , near good restaurants and shopping.

The hotel has great potential and is located right across a very nice beach. But I found two cockroaches on different days in our bedroom, and the master bedroom shower and jacuzzi did not work. Also, no hot water! We had to turn on and off the shower constantly to get hot water for a bath. Asked for a credit at the front desk for this and I was told that they were so sorry, but no credit. Definitely requires maintenance and better customer service.
