共有の電子レンジと冷蔵庫は地下にあります。部屋にはケトル、テレビ、ドライヤーがありますが、エアコンはありません。他のスイスのホテルでは扇風機が置かれていることが多かったのですが、このホテルにはなさそうでした。 立地はとても便利で、どの鉄道駅にも比較的近く、大きなスーパーマーケットもすぐそばにあります。 私たちの部屋からはマッターホルンは見えませんでしたが、朝食会場やホテルの庭からはきれいに見ることができました。 朝食はやや質素な印象ですが、スイスでは一般的なのかもしれません。おかず系は少なく、パン、ハム、チーズ、ゆで卵、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、シリアルといったラインナップでした。 私たちが宿泊した時は、東アジア系の宿泊者が多い印象でした。 今回は独立した湯船付きのお部屋に宿泊しましたが、水栓がどうしても閉まらず…。気づいた時にはすでにフロントが閉まっていて、結局湯船に入れませんでした。宿泊される方は、21:30前までに一度お湯をためられるか確認しておくことをおすすめします！

We had a room with balcony facing Matterhorn. It was mesmerizing to sit at the balcony and enjoy the changing faces of the Matterhorn at different times. We were blessed with good weather during our stay. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly ad efficient. I enjoyed my stay there thoroughly.

This hotel was wonderful. Very tasteful in its design and well maintained. Perfectly located in the middle of town and walkable to everything. When we first arrived in the afternoon we couldn’t see the mountain behind clouds but it was out in its full beauty in the morning while eating the complementary breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything.

This was a fantastic hotel and the views from our room of the Matterhorn were amazing! I selected this hotel as it was easy walking distance from the train station (8-10 min walk with bags), and the rooms that had the Matterhorn views. The staff were very friendly, the room clean (though a little tight with luggage for 2 but manageable) and a very nice continental breakfast. I would highly recommend Hotel Parnass if you are visiting Zermatt and want unbelievable views from both your bed and balcony!

Our view was breathtaking and the staff went above an beyond to make us feel important and cared for.

Loved my stay here

Such a warm greeting from the front desk receptionist. She gave us direction on everything we needed. Good continental breakfast with meats, cheeses, pastries and any coffee you want. The views of the Matterhorn from the breakfast room are spectacular. Great location, adjacent to the lively village of shops and restaurants and the local grocery store. Right across the street you can take the free bus to the lift for Matterhorn Glacier Paradise (stunning experience) or to ski/snowboard the many mountains around the Matterhorn. Such a wonderful stay. All staff were so friendly and helpful. 5 enthusiastic stars!

Room was excellent walking distance to station and other spots great view of matterhorn from the front of hotel and view from balcony amazing in the evening too

The best thing about this hotel was the view of the Matterhorn at sunrise from our window and balcony. The room wasn’t particularly large but decent sized for Europe. As with other hotels we stayed at in Europe, the rooms ran warm even with our radiator in the off position. We had a door to the balcony that we would leave open for hours at a time to cool our room down (in early April). The bathroom was small but satisfactory although the towels were quite thin. The breakfast buffet was okay- coffee on demand, fresh fruit cereals, yogurt and breads. No eggs cooked to order and no pastries.
