Good location, walkable to strip, 20 mins but diffict to get a grab/taxi. Air condition was good. Pool is very small.

Toilet leaked, the floor was always wet. Took two days to fix. foul room odor, room 506 is in stairway. Pool closed at night. Advertise through hotel “always there to help” but not really, walk from main strip is through abandon buildings and entrance to T2 is in alley

Clean room. Staff at reception were helpful and polite. It wasn’t in the centre but it was in the middle of different areas so was ideal for me

Nice staff, clean room, our package didn’t include breakfast, it looked okay but 250 baht each. Some of the nearby restaurants opened at 9 AM , a bit late for breakfast.

Pool to small

Small and new hotel located about 15mins walk away from beach. Small pool located right at lobby tho abit awkward but it’s fine. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staffs are friendly.

Arrived early for check-in, 12.30pm, reception informed us that check-in was 2.00pm, they made us wait untill 2.00pm, never had this happen in any of our other 7 hotels visited on this trip around Thailand. Room was nice and big, good cleaning service, not much available to relax in the evening, breakfast just ok. Hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the Ao Nang Beach..

We arrived a little early at noon, was informed that check-in was at 2.00pm and they made us wait, this is the sixth (6) hotel that we have checked into on our trip around Thailand and this was the only hotel that made us wait until correct check-in time. Other than that all seems good so far, nice big room very clean, but not one hook in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes, staff very nice. We have 3 more days at this hotel.
