The hotel has good natural light.The staffs are not knowledgeable of the surroundings event.Lacking customer service skill, very unwelcoming , unwilling to help except for one staff. Linens and towels are dingy.

Location excellent. Tiny room (no room for small suitcase) and no windows.

Perfect location, spacious, clean, comfortable.

Staff was super friendly, hotel is centrally located in the historic district with walking distance to nearly everything you want to see. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. It was absolutely perfect for a quick trip to Malacca

the location is ideal. the room was quiet. we booked a deluxe rm, standard I believe, & it was beyond small.

The rooms were very small but nicely decorated. Staff was helpful and nice. Great location and close to the historical sites, food and shopping!

Terrific place to stay in Melaka’s old town. Great location with all the main sites easily walkable or a short Grab ride away. Spacious, spotless rooms with lots of charm. A real sanctuary when you need to rest between sightseeing adventures. The staff are great too, and the hotel is very safe and secure. Cannot recommend enough!

It is right next to the famous Jonkor street and easy access to all the main attractions in Melaka. It's an older house revamped to be a two stories hotel with about 9 rooms fitted in. As expected the rooms in the middle have little to no sunlight and relies on small internal garden section to get some lights in. The room it self is not bad and the water pressure is very good. However the room itself is a bit old and the towels needs refresh.

love the hotel's convenient location n that it has 2 carpark spots. however do be aware that the room above front entrance is noisy n too bright at night. I believe the cheapest room in the hotel is windowless so just need to check that detail when booking.
