(Phoenix Inn (HIGASHIGINZA))

Paper thin walls. You can hear everything.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, showers were clean and bright. It was nice to speak to other travellers, bathroom amenities were provided

If u are paying 30$ a night its fair, the shower is small but functional. There isnt really space to eat food in there so I would recommend eating out and just sleeping there. There's a station 2 min walk away and a bunch of food options walking distance away.

The owner is so friendly! You can tell he cares about his costumers!
